      • PH-YGD Inverted fluorescent microscope is composed with Epi-fluorescent microscope and inverted microscope, equipped excellent UIS optical system and adopted long working distance plan achromatic objectives and wide field eyepieces. Compact and steady main frame body is embodiment for the shock resistance.The enable turning out or into condenser system is suited for observation in a high culture dish.The Epi-fluorescence microscope system is adopted modularization function design idea, so that adjust the fluorescence illuminating system and switching-over fluorescence filters safely and quickly.         Lighting system: an integrated lighting system that can adjust the space of the light source to make up for individual differences in light bulbs. Fully consider the heat dissipation effect of the lighting system, so that the surface temperature of the lighting device is effectively controlled, and the operation is safer. Simple and fast bulb replacement method, bulb replacement can be realized without any tools.

        Rotating condensing system: Rotating pendulum-in and swing-out concentrating system can observe non-contaminated cultured cells in high culture dishes or cylindrical flasks.

        Epi-fluorescence observation: The 100W high-pressure mercury lamp epi-fluorescence illumination system can select different excitation lights (B, G, U, UV) according to the needs of sample detection, and each group of excitation lights can obtain clear and bright fluorescence observation effects.
